    Important announcement:
NEXT KENDO INTRODUCTORY COURSE: 11TH JUNE 2008

The training sessions for the Intro Course will be on Wednesdays from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, and on Sundays from 9:30am to 11:30am. All of our training sessions will start on time. Therefore it's very important that you're at the Dojo at least 15 minutes before we start to prepare yourself. On the first day you will need to fill out an application form and also purchase a Shinai (Bamboo sword) if you don't already have one.

The course fee is $135 for adults and $95 for students/concession/kids, and it goes for 7 weeks. A Shinai costs $50. Please come suitably dressed - track suit pants/shorts and a t-shirt are fine (no singlet). You will get warm.

The address for the Dojo is 91 Rosslyn Street, West Melbourne. It's on the fringe of the CBD, near the corner of King Street and the Flagstaff Gardens. It's not far from Spencer Street and the Flagstaff railway stations. Check map 2A, references K12 in the Melways.

People are welcome to visit the Dojo during the normal training sessions to discuss any questions that they may have. We look forward to seeing you at the Dojo or the next Kendo Introductory Course.
